Pointegrity

Terms of Service

Effective April 23, 2026. These Terms govern your use of software products operated by Pointegrity ("we," "us," "our"), including Pouch at pouch.pointegrity.com. By using any of our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Pointegrity is an independent software company based in Taiwan. Contact: hello@pointegrity.com.

2. The service

Our products are subscription-based software tools for individual users. Features and limits are described on each product's pricing and documentation pages. We may add, change, or remove features; we will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce functionality you rely on.

3. Your account

You need an account to use paid features. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and trials

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy, who acts as Merchant of Record. A 14-day trial is available for new accounts; no payment information is required to start a trial. If you do not subscribe by the end of the trial, your account enters a read-only grace period and is deactivated thirty (30) days later if still unsubscribed — during grace, you can export your data at any time.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months or unused time, but we will refund any charge within fourteen (14) days of purchase if you are unhappy — email us and we will process it.

Taxes (including VAT/GST/sales tax where applicable) are handled by Lemon Squeezy and added to your invoice where required by law.

5. What you can do with the service

You may use our products for any lawful personal or commercial purpose. You may not:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We will try to give notice and an opportunity to fix the issue when practicable; we may act without notice for urgent security or legal reasons.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of everything you put into the service (your "drops"). You grant us the minimum rights we need to store, process, transmit, and display your content so that the service can function on your behalf — nothing more. We do not read, analyze, or share your content for any purpose other than operating the service and complying with law. When you delete content or your account, we delete it on the schedule described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Our intellectual property

Pointegrity and its licensors own all rights in the software, design, documentation, and brand. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or logos. If we open-source components of the product in the future, that will be governed by the separate open-source license text in those components' repositories.

8. Availability and disclaimers

We work hard to keep the service running, but we do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee for the Personal plan. The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pointegrity's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in that case, the limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by local law.

10. Termination

You can terminate your account at any time. We can terminate your account for cause (breach of these Terms) or on at least thirty (30) days' notice for any other reason. On termination, you can export your data during the grace period described in section 4.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms here with a new effective date, and we will give notice (via email or in the product) of any material changes at least fourteen (14) days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of Taipei, Taiwan, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
